The Refiner is a physical Shelter module that processes recovered materials into usable components. After the 250 Shades of Liberty update, public wiki material says the old Refiner item-production role moved to the Replicator. Exact current conversion formulas and processing rates remain unconfirmed.
Start with the direct answer, then use the database snapshot to turn the conclusion into a run plan. For map topics, compare status, documented points and update pressure. For weapon topics, compare category, caliber, confirmed rate of fire, range and acquisition before thinking about attachments.
This page deliberately separates public evidence from editorial interpretation. It does not convert a patch mention into a numeric estimate. If a route or build depends on a missing value, treat that value as a research task and verify it in the live client after the current update.
The linked databases are intentionally broader than this single keyword. Use them when your objective changes: a new investigation may send you to a different map, and a new acquisition path can make a previously ignored weapon worth checking again.

Official announcements and platform pages are prioritized. Community pages are used only for clearly labeled context when official material does not cover a topic, and they do not override the pending-verification rule.
| Date | Official update | Research note |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-09-30 | Update 0.4.0.163 | This update makes extraction safer on Dalniy Island with relocated exit points and new cover, improves stability with fewer crashes, makes Seeds give up the chase sooner and prevents Hellhounds from spawning on rooftops. We have also adjusted how Distorted pursue targets that run from them — see the developer note in the Enemies section. |
| 2026-09-30 | Update 0.4.0.165 | Operatives! Here is a quick update following your feedback. We’ve adjusted Distorted pursuit behavior and noise sensitivity, made fire damage from Molotovs and flamethrowers affect monsters more reliably again, and restored your ability to squeeze past surrounding groups of monsters. |
| 2026-09-26 | Update 0.4.0.156 | The Agency has revised the protocols for collapsing Personal Timelines. Now, when creating a new Timeline, some of an Operative’s property can be preserved. In addition, rewards for especially dangerous anomalies have been increased, the fusion system interface has been reworked, and other important changes have been made. |
| 2026-09-24 | Update "The Fundamental Protocol" | Operatives! The Agency has recently mapped the fundamental processes connecting all Harmonization Cycles and, with that insight, distilled them into a new, unified initiative: the Fundamental Protocol. |

Each revision starts from the linked official website, platform record, news post or patch note. The database records only the fields those pages actually disclose. If a source names a map, weapon, objective or acquisition path without publishing a numeric table, the narrative fact stays and the missing number remains pending rather than being inferred from a similar item.
Community material is useful for finding a behavior worth testing, but it is not treated as proof of a current value. A community page can preserve an older interface, omit a mode-specific condition, or turn an anecdote into a general rule. For that reason, this page keeps official and community evidence separate and repeats the check date on every time-sensitive claim.
After a new Active Matter update, the relevant route is to reread the official source, compare it with the records linked here, and update the affected page only when the evidence is clear. If live behavior differs from a saved public source, the wiki marks the conflict for review instead of choosing whichever description seems newer.

Map names, weapon names, categories, confirmed attributes, official update titles and source links come from the research dataset checked on 2026-10-03. Values absent from those sources are explicitly marked as pending.
No. Damage, drop rates, recipe quantities, coordinates and spawn tables are not invented. When public evidence is insufficient, the page records the gap as 待确认 and links the checked source set.
Recheck the official update, the in-game interface and the linked map or weapon pages. A patch can change routes, acquisition paths, keyed doors, objectives and progression rewards without making the change obvious in older public articles.
